I ordered an L20 3.0 Pro bike from Mekanix after seeing that they are official repairers and resellers for the ENGWE brand. Mikael, the salesman and mechanic, is truly professional and incredibly patient. Despite a major delay on ENGWE's part, Mikael remained super responsive and actively followed up with the company so I could get my bike as quickly as possible!! A huge thank you to Mekanix and Mikael for their professionalism, I recommend this shop 100%!!

Ver weg, snel terug, goed beveiligd
