You know the price of the service in advance. Parts are charged separately after diagnosis. You always get a clear quote first. We can also come to your home (a flat €20 up to 25 km).

Do I need to book in advance?
For a repair or a service, it is best to book online in advance. That way your slot is fixed and we can have the right parts ready. For a flat tyre or a small adjustment you can also just drop by during opening hours.
Do you repair every brand of bike?
Yes, we work on every brand and type: city bikes, folding bikes, e-bikes, speed pedelecs, cargo bikes and e-scooters. Including brands we don't sell ourselves.
How much does a service cost?
Our rates are shown clearly on the prices page. Parts are charged separately after diagnosis. You always get a quote first, with no surprises afterwards.
Do you also work on e-bikes and speed pedelecs?
Definitely. We specialise in e-bikes and e-mobility: battery and motor diagnosis, reading error codes and servicing speed pedelecs.
Do you repair damage and work with insurers?
Yes. We repair damage after a fall or accident and can draw up a quote and the paperwork for your insurer. Send us your insurer's details and we'll handle it as quickly as possible.
Can Mekanix come to my home?
Yes. Besides our workshop in Kortrijk, we also visit you at home in the mornings (Monday to Thursday), in and around Kortrijk. Travel is a flat €20 up to 25 km, then €0.85/km. Book online and choose "At my place".
