Can you check or replace my e-bike battery?
Yes. We measure capacity and cells, track down charging problems and read the BMS. If the battery is worn out, we find a suitable replacement. We always tell you honestly whether it is still worth it.
My e-bike shows an error code. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. We read the error code, find the cause and fix it straight away where possible. If that can't be done on the spot, you get a clear quote first.
Do you work on every e-bike brand?
Yes. We are an official service point for Cowboy, VanMoof, Engwe and Stoer, but we repair and service every brand of e-bike.

Do you repair e-bike damage through insurance?
Yes. After a fall or accident we repair the damage to your e-bike and prepare a quote and a file for your insurer. Send us your insurer's details and we'll handle it as quickly as possible.
Can Mekanix come to my home?
Yes. Besides our workshop in Kortrijk, we also visit you at home in the mornings (Monday to Thursday), in and around Kortrijk. Travel is a flat €20 up to 25 km, then €0.85/km. Book online and choose "At my place".
