Are you an official Cowboy service point?
Yes, Mekanix is an official Cowboy service point in Kortrijk. We have the knowledge and the tools for every Cowboy model.
Does a Cowboy need servicing if it is low-maintenance?
The belt drive and hydraulic brakes need little, but regular checks (brakes, tyres, belt tension, battery) keep your Cowboy safe and extend its life.
My Cowboy doesn't charge or assist properly any more. Can you fix that?
Yes. We test the battery and motor, read error messages and solve charging and assistance problems. First a diagnosis, then a clear quote.
Do you also sell new Cowboys?
Yes, you'll find our Cowboy models in the shop and can come by for advice or a test ride.
Can Mekanix come to my home?
Yes. Besides our workshop in Kortrijk, we also visit you at home in the mornings (Monday to Thursday), in and around Kortrijk. Travel is a flat €20 up to 25 km, then €0.85/km. Book online and choose "At my place".
