Are you an official VanMoof service point?
Yes, Mekanix is an official VanMoof service point in Kortrijk. We have the knowledge and the right approach for both the new S6/S5 and the older S3 and X models.
My VanMoof battery doesn't hold its charge any more. Can you help?
Yes. We test the battery and the BMS, find the cause and look at whether repair or replacement is the best choice. We know VanMoof's own batteries well.
Can you still repair an older VanMoof (S3)?
Definitely. We repair the S3 and X too. Those models in particular need specific knowledge, and we have it.
Do you also sell new VanMoofs?
Yes, you'll find our VanMoof models in the shop, and you can always come by for advice or a test ride.
Can Mekanix come to my home?
Yes. Besides our workshop in Kortrijk, we also visit you at home in the mornings (Monday to Thursday), in and around Kortrijk. Travel is a flat €20 up to 25 km, then €0.85/km. Book online and choose "At my place".
